Simply put, website publishing is putting data (graphics, pictures and text) to “live” accessible form on the internet. This means the general public is able to access that information right now wherever they are. Webmasters develop websites off-line using several software tools. When they would test their work (or when they’re done with their work) they put everything online. That is website publishing.
